Mosyle@Home is Mosyle's official platform for parents and guardians who want to manage school-issued Apple devices at home after school hours. 'It works alongside Mosyle School and gives families access to at-home controls, activity visibility, and security information for supported devices. A device must be connected to a family member and supported by the school setup before it appears in Mosyle@Home.

Start by creating your Mosyle@Home account with your email address and completing the sign-up steps. After you sign in, you can create a family, join an existing family, add children, and invite other guardians. Once the family is connected and the device is registered, eligible devices appear under the correct child profile.

• Adding a New Member and Device in Mosyle@Home (external - Scribe)

Devices do not appear automatically in Mosyle@Home. A parent or guardian must register the device and connect it to the family account. Complete the account and family setup first, then follow the registration flow provided by Mosyle@Home and the school connection step. When prompted, use the connection code and QR code flow to finish linking the child’s device. After registration is complete, the device should appear in the correct family child.

You can add children, invite guardians, review pending invitations, and update family information from the family area. Photos and nicknames make it easier to identify each child and device at a glance. If a guardian is still pending approval, some actions may remain limited until the invitation is accepted.
